Otterflies can't really be considered people, as they only have the inteligence of insects. It was only their partial lutrine nature which caused them to respond to the island's call. Otterflies are nearly impossible to catch, but they have a unique magical defense. When captured, an otterfly will grant a wish to distract its captor.
